Returns & Refunds Policy


We stand by our products and offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied by the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.


To be eligible for returns, products must be in the same condition as when you received it, and all products must be unused, with all tags and in its original packaging.
An item may not be returned if:
  • It was part of a custom or personalized order.
  • The product was not distributed by ELITEWILL.
  • It has been used or damaged.
  • It has been returned without included parts or accessories.
  • It has been stored in or exposed to extreme environments.
  • It has been subject to unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation.
  • The return claim is made more than 30 days after receiving goods.

Returns Process

You have up to 30 days to start your return from receiving your order. Please include the original packaging with your return.
  • If you want to return an item with no quality issues, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
  • Items from different orders can not be returned together. Please arrange return in original packaging.
  • Please do not return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team as this may delay processing or your return.


  • Refunds will be made via the same purchasing method (ie. credit card, Paypal, etc.) as you used to make your order.
  • You will receive your refund within 72-120 hours after we have received your item.

Steps to return your items

  1. Send an email to stating your problem and providing your order number.
  2. Wait for us to look into your situation and respond.
  3. Complete your return based on our instructions.

Faulty Items
