Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary within 10 minutes. It will take a further 1-3 days to process and dispatch your package.
Changing the Shipping Address
Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address by sending an email to hello@elitewill.com. Please note that if your order has been shipped by UPS Express, you also can change the shipping address but need to pay an additional fee; otherwise, you will have to wait for it to be delivered to process a return.
Tracking Orders
When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can track your package.
