A: At this time, in order to guarantee the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders, we only accept orders made through our website.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship. Once an order is out for delivery, we will help you intercept the logistics. However, if it fails, you will need to wait for it to be delivered before initiating the return process.

Q: My package shows as "Delivered", but I don't have it...
A: If you can't find your order, please double check that the shipping address is correct, and make sure that your neighbors or building management didn't collect your package on your behalf.
